Welcome to Foster's Cabinet Shop

My furniture is almost entirely handmade using solid wood construction throughout. The kitchens, built ins, offices and case pieces are of true veneered plywood construction (that's plywood with real wood veneer) and solid wood used for faces (doors, panels, drawers, frames, etc...) Most of my furniture is traditional 18th century reproductions made the old way - handcut dovestail, mortise tenon joinery, hand planed surfaces, hand carved legs, sunbursts and fan carvings. I do wide board construction - no narrow glue-ups here. With all this, they are still competively priced.
